Nature Tripping

Nature tripping is absolutely a great reward after a stressful and exhausting life in the city. It’s been almost four straight months since I had my, well sort of a vacation. So I am really excited and looking forward to this trip. And what’s fun is that I’ve got to enjoy it together with my girls J

So last weekend, we went nature tripping plus food trip in Alcoy Cebu. I’ll leave the foodtrip information slash churva to Janine :D So after the deathly lunch (I call it deathly because of the high cholesterol it contains, haha) we rode a tricycle and headed to Lalin which is actually situated in the top of a mountain. You heard me right, a mountain or maybe a hill? Oh well, I think the deathly lunch still has its spell casts on me for I don’t know what’s the difference between a mountain and a hill, lol.

You may be asking what we’re doing there? Well, we’re IN for another food trip. And this time, it was healthy and refreshing. It’s …(drum beats rolling)… buko this time, tadaaan! Nom, nom, nom, nom, delicioso.

And below is the picture of the three of us enjoying our refreshing buko which we barely eat at the city.

And aside from the refreshing buko, I was also happy to meet these two adorable and playful dogs.

Ofcourse, these trip wouldn’t be completed without our trio selfies right? ^_^

And me being the kindest of the three of us, did the clean-up ofcourse, hahaha. Sounds unbelievable? Then here’s my evidence ehe! :D

After the refreshing food trip, we headed to our next destination which is the Narrapark hotel and residences. This haven sits on the top of a hill in Alcoy, Cebu. You heard I mean you read it right, it’s at the top of the hill!

Heavenly isn’t it? Wait till you see the exact place. :)

And there it is, we finally arrived. Welcome to Narrapark Hotel and Residences!

But oops! Where's Vanessa, I mean me? Well, obviously, I was the photographer. Hahaha lol. So before the sight-seeing, we first need to roll over ourselves in there to reach the paradise. Haha, just kidding. But if you would like, you could :P

The place is truly a paradise. The view is so breath taking that we almost lose ourselves in it. Who wouldn’t right?

Aside from the breath taking view, they also have a swimming pool. Rates are as follows:

  •  Php 50 for children
  • Php 75 for adults
But it is free if you are lodging in their hotel. Very affordable isn’t it?

Before I forgot, Narrapark are asking for an entrance fee of Php50 per person which is actually consumable. Now that’s interesting right? It’s consumable, so it means we will be using that money to order from their restaurant. And to our surprise, it’s not that expensive! So we got  a total Php150 to consume. We’re still quite full because of our earlier snack, so we only ordered a pizza and juice.

The hawaian pizza is Php165 while the 1 liter juice is Php75. Not bad for Php240 right? The pizza was good. I could even compare it with albertos pizza (which is actually one of my favorites, *wink).

And ofcourse, this narrapark adventure wouldn’t be a success without our never ending trio selfie :D

This one’s my favorite :D

Nature tripping is really fun, but it’s more fun when you’ve got to enjoy it with some good friends, and in my case, it’s with my girls!
